Sounds Good is a weekly music show by RT Projects https://www.rtprojects.org.uk, a charity founded by former teachers Beano and Emma. RT Projects aim to help people who are enduring poor mental health to live a full life. Music, of course, can play a big role in that and that is what Sounds Good is about. To be invited to play one’s music in such an event is a bit more than an honour and I was extremely humbled and excited all at once when Steve asked me to take part.
