2017 Projects

January was far too early this year so I decided to sit out the 2017 wishes, resolutions and other beginning of the year words for a whole month. Questions were raised from the beginning of this year as to the kind of future we were going into. And then February came, reminding me of what time does when you give it the space to:  we have to stop panicking (and stop thereby quickening time), and we have to stop anticipating the future and ignoring the present; I had to savour the moment rather than imagining a future that might or might not happen, a negativity that cannot be undo the future. So I put my head back in the moment trying to remember that panick, fear and other such distractors have nothing but the talent to delay what matters, what needs to and will happen, us.

So I thought I’d take the time to wish you all a wonderful 2017. It speaks of what I am working to share with you this year, what I work to mend in me so that I can be happier with myself. I am definitely looking forward to a full year, with music, album production and release, song creation, song performance, song collaborations, songs and more songs, music broadcasting, retreat. These are only some of a host of surprises that I chose to put together in a so-called word cloud or tag cloud in the form of a new logo that I recently got designed in order to sign more practically the work that I do.
